How do I reserve an appointment?

All appointments are reserved through the “Book Now” link on the website or in my bio. A card on file may be required to secure your time.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a deposit for next or all future bookings.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

For facials or brow services, please arrive with clean skin and avoid active ingredients (retinol, exfoliants, acids) 24–48 hours prior. For waxing services, avoid tanning, exfoliation, and retinol use beforehand for optimal results and skin comfort.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow your experience to begin on time and remain uninterrupted. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to respect the schedule of all guests.

What if I have sensitive skin?

Each treatment is thoughtfully customized to your skin’s needs. Please communicate any sensitivities or concerns prior to your appointment so your service can be adjusted accordingly.

Do you accept new clients?

Yes, new guests are warmly welcomed. Due to high demand, I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment time.
