Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time with no penalty.
If a cancellation, no show, or reschedule occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, there will be no penalty for that appointment; however, to book any future appointments, clients will be required to place a deposit or keep a valid card on file.
Repeated late cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for all future bookings. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting other guests.
Full service charges may still apply to late arrivals.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services provided, refunds are not offered on completed services.
If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
Retail products may only be exchanged if unopened and unused..
Health & Safety

If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment.
For the health and safety of all clients, The Cavern Skin and Body reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if a client arrives visibly ill or showing symptoms of sickness.
Sanitation and client safety are a top priority. All tools and treatment areas are properly disinfected between each client.
